Our Wellness services

St. Lawrence offers a wealth of services to ensure your well being. Click here to see them all.

We offer a safe space to talk about difficulties you may be experiencing at school, in your relationships or in your personal life.

Students needing longer-term follow-up will also be given the appropriate resources in their community.

Remember that all services are free and confidential

 

Possible reasons for seeking psychosocial support could be:

  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Relationship and family issues
  • Depression
  • Academic stress or test anxiety
  • Homesickness
  • Loss and grief
  • Self-esteem and confidence
  • Self-harm or suicidal feelings
  • And any other issues that may be affecting you
  • identity issues

When and where

 

To make an appointment with our wellness professional, you can:

 

Send a MIO message (Via your Omnivox. Type in Wellness in the address line) and the social worker will get back to you as soon as possible. The social worker is in office 278B.

Drop in to see the social worker during drop-in times on Wednesday mornings between 8:00 and 12:30
