Men's Hockey Final: Lions Take Game #1

With Goals from Luke St-Amand, Kevin Dufour, Felix Chamberland and Jean-Francois Gosselin (Empty net), The Lions won game 1 of the best-of-5 final against St-Laurent Friday night by the score of 4-1. The Lions played a very disciplined game and also played very well defensively which allowed to get this big win on the road. Mathieu Lefebvre stopped 44 of the 45 shots directed towards him in a very solid performance.
The Lions now have home-ice advantage in this best of 5 series and will try to get a 2-0 lead in the series. Game #2 is Sunday, April 8th at 7pm. SLC Students come in free, thanks to SLCSA, if you bring a noise-maker
